Who is Doppler Debbie?
Every night on the local news, Doppler Debbie tells the town what's coming. In the ring, she tells her opponent. With her weather pointer in hand and a sunny smile, she calls it before the bell: 100% chance of pain.
Then the Cold Front blows through. She hasn't missed a forecast yet.
